Thanks Anna-Lisa for posting it on your blog! I like your post about good cookies vs beautiful cookies :) I used to use only buttercream for mine and they were cute-ish, however once I tried royal icing...I love the crunchy top that gives way to moist cookie, plus the decorating possibilities are endless!
